For our actual video I was thinking that narrative may play a big part by interpreting the lyrics and try to do it from what the artist intended them be shown like. Because there isn't an actual video of this song it is a good thing because we can start our ideas from scratch and turn into something unique and our own. I found that final cut was best to use this time round in terms of editing as it enabled to use a lot of the visual effects that we taught ourselves to do which could come in hand when doing it for our final video.

Blog Reflection Week 1: What I have learnt from the video remake?
From this exercise this has enabled me to look into how I could use this towards our actual video. The way we have shot this 30 seconds can help a lot because we want to go for the vintage look that we have shown in the video we've created. This sort of image can be applied a lot to what we want to intend to show in order to reflect our artist, the music and lyrics. Other things I have picked up on is things like cuts which need to happen frequently in a music video as I have seen from other videos they carry this out to make the video interesting to watch. Also styles and conventions need to be applied to help make the video more exciting and enjoyable to watch, like in this exercise we did narrative. For narrative we thought that we would interpret the lyrics ourselves so we had our main character which was also my partner a milkman dressed as a cow so the audience got a direct interpretation of the lyric.
